Processing Time
Most items at Faith Haven Collection are made to order just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Custom orders and large group orders may take longer, and I’ll let you know your timeline when we finalize the details.

- Standard Shipping: $8.99
- 2-Day Shipping: $18.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more
Shipping times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information when available. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Faith Haven Collection isn’t responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because my items are made to order and many are personalized, all sales are final. I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review sizes and product details carefully before ordering, and feel free to reach out with any questions first.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, I’ll make it right. Please email shop@faithhavencollection.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and I’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact me and I’ll help however I can with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started. Once your item has been made, the order can’t be canceled.
Caring for Your Items
- Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the design.
- Tumblers & drinkware: Hand wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
- Koozies, towels & accessories: Spot clean or hand wash gently.
