Products
Our items are made by hand, so small variations in design placement, size and color are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
Custom Orders & Your Artwork
When you send us a photo, logo, artwork or text for a custom order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any custom request, including designs that use copyrighted or trademarked material without permission, or content we find offensive. Custom orders are reviewed and confirmed before they’re made.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Please see our Shipping & Returns policy. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Our Designs
Designs, photos and content on this site belong to Faith Haven Collection or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or resell them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Faith Haven Collection’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
